The gazette is the board’s official record of the complete SSC (matric) result. Each Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Punjab compiles it once the result is declared. Inside, candidates are listed board-wide with their roll number, full name, father’s name, marks obtained, and division.

Open the gazette PDF and search it directly instead of scrolling page by page:

- Type your full name exactly as registered — add your father’s name if your name is common.

Gazette vs online result: the difference
The online result shows only your own marks after you enter a roll number. The gazette shows every candidate, so you can search by name — that’s why it rescues students who’ve lost their slip. Both carry identical official marks; the gazette is simply the public, consolidated version the board notifies.
On result day the gazette has one more advantage: board portals slow down badly under traffic, but once the PDF is downloaded it works offline, with no server between you and your marks.
